POTATO CORN GARLIC DILL SALAD.... This is a new recipe for after church.
4 cans diced potatoes-- rinse/cleanse
Place diced potatoes in a cooking dish on top of a light coating of olive oil
top with 8 tablespoons of diced garlic
cover with black pepper so it covers dish-- @10 tablespoons....
cover with tumeric-- @ 4 tablesspoons spread evenly throughout dish
cover with dill seasoning so it covers dish-@10 tablespoons....
coat with olive oil
Place in oven to bake for an hour
I covered the dish with aluminum foil to try to keep the potatoes moist and not hard
After you take it out in an hour, cover the dish with a light layer of cheese. I used cheddar chese pre-diced into small strips
Place in the over til the cheese melts
Get out 1 can of sweet corn. Rinse corn and drain off excess water or liquid if using canned sweet corn. Pour sweet corn on top of potatoes. Place dish in oven to cook for @ 30 minutes.Again I covered the dish with aluminum foil during cooking in the oven.
Add a layer of dill seasoning to cover the dish.

Let dish cool for @ 10 minutes after taking out of oven.
Test taste the dish then season as desired in terms of adding black pepper, salt, or other seasonings.
Determine what sorta dressing you want to add to the potato.
I added bleu cheese dressing mixing in the dressing with the potato corn garlic dill in the pan. Then the dish was placed in the refridgerator to cool before serving. It should cool from @ 2-6 hours or longer if you want to serve dish cool.
Dish can be served warm too. If serving warm, I'd suggest using olive oil as the dressing.
You may add whatever sort of dressing you wish such as mayonnaise, ranch dressing, dill salad dressing, sour cream, olive oil n vinegar dressing, olive oil, garlic parmesan dressing, peppercorn dressing, etc to the salad before placing it in the refridgerator to cool.
SERVE
