ROASTED SWEET CORN WITH ONIONS

ROASTED SWEET CORN WITH ONIONS
2 large cans of sweet corn
Dice half of an onion (I used an organic white onion)
Put the corn and diced onion in an oven cooking dish. I put the bottom nub of the onion in the corn.
Season the dish next. Cover with a light coating of black pepper, lemon pepper, sea salt, himalayan sea salt, and a dash of dill seasoning. Stir lightly. Place in the over to cook.
Bake at 350-400 degrees for an hour. I like to cook with the dish covered with aluminum foil to better infuse flavor. Serve.
